JAS Ventures, LLC (DBA BIGG ANIMAL Products) operates a dual-channel commercial platform:

  1. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail Sales: The sale of pre-packaged surface care formulations, detailing kits (including the Core 4 Complete Showroom Bundle), and accessories to individual consumers for personal, non-commercial vehicle maintenance.
  2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Commercial & Builder Allocations: The wholesale distribution of case packs, showroom delivery kits, and shop-grade chemical allocations to authorized custom fabrication shops, vinyl wrap installers, dealerships, and commercial detailing bays. All B2B transactions are governed strictly by our commercial FOB Origin / Prepay + Add terms and require prior written authorization through customerservice@bigganimalproducts.com. Unsolicited commercial resale, unauthorized re-bottling, or third-party marketplace arbitrage (e.g., unauthorized Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listings) of BIGG ANIMAL Products is strictly prohibited.

3. Chemical Handling, Surface Compatibility & Limitation of Liability

BIGG ANIMAL Products formulates professional-grade liquid surface chemistry, including Wolf Pack (APC & Interior Cleaner), Eagle Apex (Quick Detailer & Waterless Wash), Polar Ice ( Ceramic Detail Spray), and Lion Apex (High-Gloss Tire & Trim Dressing).

By purchasing, handling, or applying any product sold by JAS Ventures, LLC (DBA BIGG ANIMAL Products), the buyer (whether a retail consumer or commercial shop) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Mandatory Spot-Testing: Custom aftermarket finishes—including bespoke vinyl wraps, matte/satin films, custom paint, raw or polished billet aluminum, fiberglass, powder-coated wheel rings, and marine-grade upholstery—vary significantly in substrate composition and curing states. The user assumes full responsibility for testing any product on a small, inconspicuous area prior to full panel application.
  • Adherence to Instructions & SDS: Products must be used strictly in accordance with bottle label directions and official Safety Data Sheets (SDS), which are available upon request via customerservice@bigganimalproducts.com. Do not apply chemical formulations to hot surfaces, brake rotors, motorcycle tire treads, or in direct extreme sunlight unless specified.
  • Cap on Liability: Neither JAS Ventures, LLC, its managing partners, members, affiliates, nor its contract chemical formulators shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including, without limitation, damage to custom paint, wraps, wheels, trim, or mechanical components—arising out of the misuse, improper dilution, cross-contamination, neglect, or off-label application of our products. In all events, the maximum aggregate liability of JAS Ventures, LLC for any claim arising from a DTC or B2B purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific bottle or bundle giving rise to the claim.
